Paprika Potatoes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS
750 grams starchy potatoes
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp paprika
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp paprika
METHOD
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into 2cm-long pieces. Parboil for about 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain and toss with the oil and paprika and place on a baking tray.
2. Fan bake at 200ºC for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
3. Serve the potatoes seasoned with salt and garnished with chopped parsley.
