Cucumber And Feta Dip
Serves: 6
INGREDIENTS
½ Lebanese cucumber
½ cup thick Greek yoghurt
100 grams feta cheese, crumbled
½ tsp toasted cumin seeds
1 tsp minced red chilli
½ cup thick Greek yoghurt

METHOD
1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Run a spoon down its centre to remove the seeds. Discard. Grate the flesh coarsely, squeese the excess water out and dry with paper towels.
2. Stir together the grated cucumber, yoghurt, feta, cumin seeds and chilli. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.
3. Serve immediately with chunks of warm Turkish or French bread.
